Delivery Information
All orders are shipped via DHL. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to easily track your package through the DHL website.

Shipping Times
We strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days after receiving payment. The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-3 business days, depending on your location. For international deliveries, the delivery time may vary, but you will always receive an estimated delivery date along with your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Netherlands and Belgium:

-          Shipping cost: €30

-          Free shipping for orders over €750.

-          (please note: Additional shippingcosts may apply tot he Wadden Islands)

Germany:

-          Shipping cost: €40

-          Free shipping for orders over €1000.

Large Items and Pallet Shipping
On our website, you will regularly find items that are too large to be shipped in a package. If you wish to order these items, please note that they will be shipped on a pallet, which may incur additional shipping costs.
